SOUTHERN STYLE RIBS 
1 c. catsup
1/4 to 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Baby back ribs

Put the ribs (that have been sprinkled with salt and pepper) in a roasting pan with a little water. Cook ribs in 300-325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Turn the oven up to 350 degrees and cook ribs for another 1/2 hour. Drain all the juice out of the roasting pan and pour the sauce over the ribs. Cook ribs and sauce for additional 15 minutes.
