DAWN'S PASTA SALAD 
2 lbs. frozen tri-colored cheese tortellini
1 lg. green pepper
1 sm. onion
1 carrot (chopped finely
2 pkgs. Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
1/2 c. vinegar
4 tbsp. water
1 c. oil

Cook tortellini. While cooking, in large bowl prepare 1 package of dressing as directed. Then cut up pepper, onion and carrot and add to bowl (let sit in dressing). Prepare 2nd package of dressing in cruet (leave in cruet). Drain tortellini and stir into large bowl (with pepper, onion and carrot mixture). Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Before serving, stir and add additional dressing as needed.
