YOGURT - CREAM CHEESE PIE 
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/4 c. butter, melted with 2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg

FILLING:

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. firm yogurt
1/4 c. honey
1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla
Grated rind of 1/2 lemon

Press crust mixture firmly into sides and bottom of an 8 inch pie pan. Reserve extra crumbs for topping. Beat filling ingredients with electric mixer until well blended. Spread into shell, top with crumbs. Chill at least 3 hours.
