Pick about 2 gallons dandelion blossoms. Wash well and place in a 4 or 5-gallon stone jar. Add 3 gallons boiling water and let sit 36 hours. Strain liquid off and add to liquid 1 sliced lemon, 2 sliced oranges, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cake yeast for each gallon of juice. Let stand in crock for another 36 hours. Strain again and place in bottles or jugs. Let it work again for about 2 weeks. Then cork and put in a cool cellar to mature - about 6 weeks.
