1 sm. banana
2 tbsp. peanut butter
Chopped peanuts or coconut
Peel a small banana and slice in half lengthwise. Spread each half with peanut butter and put back together. Cut in 1/2 inch slices. Dip pieces in small amount of orange juice, then into finely chopped peanuts or coconut. Spear with a toothpick if desired.
