STEWED ZUCCHINI 
1 or 2 med. size zucchini squash, cut into cubes
1 can stewed tomatoes (fresh tomatoes may be used)
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. diced celery
1 tsp. butter
1 tbsp. bacon bits
1 tsp. sugar (optional)

Mix together and cook until done.
