CHOCOLATE REBEL BARS 
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash salt
3 c. oatmeal
12 oz. chocolate chips
15 oz. eagle milk
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Combine butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda, salt and oatmeal. Put 2/3 batter in large jelly roll pan. Set aside. Melt chocolate chips, milk, butter, vanilla, and nuts in double boiler. Pour over batter and add rest of batter on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
