HOMEMADE BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries or 3/4 c. canned blueberries

Mix egg, milk, melted butter and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Add blueberries and fold gently. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.

Bake at 375F for 20 to 25 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.
