MANDARIN ORANGE FLUFF 
1 lg. box vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 lg. box orange Jello
4 cups water

Combine the above ingredients in sauce pan and cook until thick. Cool over night in refrigerator. The following day, mix the mixture with electric mixer.

Then add 2 containers (8 oz. each) of cool whip and beat again. Fold in 2 cups drained mandarin oranges.

Spoon mixture into dessert dish. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
