CHICKEN FRIED PATTIES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. cracker crumbs

Shape ground beef into patties. Sprinkle each side with salt and pepper; dredge patties with flour. Mix egg and milk in bowl. Dip patties in egg mixture; coat with crumbs. Cook in small amount of fat in skillet until golden brown on both sides.
