RAMEN NOODLES AND CABBAGE SALAD 
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
3/4 c. pecans (optional)
1 head Napa cabbage
5 green onions

Brown noodles, nuts, and sunflower seeds in 1/4 cup oil or butter. Noodles take longer. Cut cabbage lengthwise then cross wise. Drain on paper towel overnight.

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. sugar

Blend in a blender or mixer until slightly thick. Pour over 20 minutes before serving. DO NOT use seasonings. Better if sets overnight or several hours.
