GOLD COAST FRENCH TOAST 
1 egg
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
8-10 slices bread

Mix all ingredients and dip bread into mixture. Allow excess to drip off and fry on lightly oiled griddle. Serve with syrup or powdered sugar.
