1 1/2 lbs. ground (very lean) beef, browned & drained
2 chopped onions
1 c. raw rice
1 qt. tomatoes, crushed
13 oz. can beef broth
Saute onions and rice with beef for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Chop half head of cabbage and layer bottom of greased 9"x13" casserole. Put beef and rice mixture over cabbage. Pour 1 quart crushed tomatoes and 13 ounce can of beef broth over all. Cover with foil and bake.
