SHEEPHERDERS DIP 
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. chopped water chestnuts
1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable or leek soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 chopped green onion
1 round loaf sour dough bread

Cut top off bread and scoop out inside of bread loaf. Leave a shell with rim. Cut up top and use for dipping. Mix all other ingredients and pour into bread bowl.
