GROUND BEEF, ELBOWS AND MOZZARELLA 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
3 slices green peppers
1/4 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet, heat oil, ground beef, saute gently. Remove from skillet. Put onions in the skillet. Cook until tender. Add green peppers. Mix with onions. Return meat to skillet.

Add tomatoes, cooked macaroni, salt, pepper. Lower heat, cook 5 minutes.,

Slice Mozzarella cheese. Spread on top of mixture until cheese is melted. Watch carefully. Serve immediately.
