POSOLE STEW 
1 lb. fresh posole
4 lg. cloves garlic
2 lbs. deboned chicken
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 qts. water
Lots of freshly chopped red chile peppers
2 lg. onions, chopped

Cook posole for about 2 hours until popped, then blend in remaining ingredients and cook for 2 more hours.
