CRACKLE-TOP PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Sugar to dip cookies

Cream butter and sugars. Blend in eggs, peanut butter and vanilla. Add flour sifted with baking soda and salt. Mix well. Shape teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, roll in sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: 8 dozen cookies.
