|BEST MARINATE FOR GRILLING SHRIMP|
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. dry sherry
5 cloves fresh garlic, peeled & mashed
The above amounts are for 1 pound of raw and unpeeled shrimp. Marinate overnight at least. Grill. Peel and eat.
SAUCE FOR GRILLED SHRIMP:
1/4 c. mayonnaise (cholesterol free, etc.)
1/4 c. ketchup
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce or as much as you like it (spicy).
