SUPER HEALTHY BREAKFAST BARS 
2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
500 ml (16 oz. or 2 cups) chocolate flavored protein beverage
2 handfuls raisins
1/2 cup all natural peanut butter
1/2-1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 tbsp. cinnamon (or to taste)
1 cup non-salted almonds
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. cold pressed, virgin coconut oil
3 tbsp. roasted ground flax

Pour into a 9x13-inch pan and bake in a preheated 350F oven for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into serving size pieces.
