1 can of Veg-All mixed vegetables (not generic label)
1-2 tablespoons Hellman's mayonnaise
dash of garlic powder
dash of celery salt
Drain liquid from can of Veg-All, put in bowl. Add mayonnaise, garlic powder and celery salt. Mix and serve in a bowl of lettuce or lettuce cup.
Serve with blue cheese crumbles
Sprinkled with feta cheese and sprouted beans (such as lentils)
Garnish with mandarin oranges and cottage cheese on a bed of lettuce
Great recipe when you don't have time to cook potatoes!
