SCALLOPED CORN CASSEROLE 
16 oz. can whole kernel corn
16 oz. can cream style corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream

Mix all ingredients together using the liquid from both cans of corn. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Will be firm when done.
