DEER BALLS 
1 lb. venison hamburger
1 egg
6 crackers, crushed
1 tsp. garlic salt

SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix together hamburger, egg, crackers, and garlic salt. Form balls. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown.

Mix together ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Put balls and sauce in slow cooker. The longer you simmer in cooker, the better they are.
