EASY CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 c. cherry or strawberry pie filling

Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar while beating. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip and blend well. Spoon into crust. Set at least 4 hours. Spread pie filling over the top.
