CHEESY SPINACH MAIN DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 lb. mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. cottage cheese
20 oz. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Brown beef. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt (1 teaspoon each). Add onions and mushrooms, cook 5 minutes, stirring. In large bowl combine tomato sauce, sour cream, 1 teaspoon basil and 1 teaspoon oregano. Stir in cottage cheese and meat mixture. Press out liquid from thawed spinach. Add 1/2 of the sharp cheese and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese. Place in 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot through. Serves 12.
