NO BAKE LEMON ICE BOX PIE 
CRUST:

20 single graham crackers
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

2 eggs
1 lemon
1 can Eagle Brand milk
Lemon concentrate

Beat 2 eggs. Add milk, squeeze lemon and add 1/2 cup lemon juice. Beat and add lemon rind. Refrigerate.
