|MIRACLE WHIP CHOCOLATE CAKE|
1 cup sugar
1 cup Miracle Whip (do not use mayonnaise)
4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup warm water
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Bake in an 8x11-inch greased and floured pan at 325°F for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve warm or refrigerated with a dusting of powdered sugar, a dollop of whipped cream or plain.
