ROLLED GINGER COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
4 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. sour milk

Cream butter and sugar. Add molasses and beat. Add sifted dry ingredients. Alternately with sour milk. Chill. Roll thin. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
