CRISP OVEN ROAST POTATOES 
1 env. Lipton Onion/Mushroom Soup Mix
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. potatoes, cut into quarters

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In shallow baking pan thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake stirring occasionally 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
