COLESLAW 
1 med. head cabbage
2 raw carrots

Soak cabbage (cut in half) for 2 hours. Shred cabbage into large bowl. Grate carrots into cabbage. Set aside.

Dressing:

Into blender put following:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

Blend well and toss into cabbage mixture. Add 1/2 teaspoon celery seed before serving. Makes 8 to 10.
