SAUSAGE AND CHEESE PIE 
1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 (10-11 oz. pkg.) pie crust mix
2 c. milk
4 lg. eggs
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 c.)

About 1 1/2 hours before serving, remove casings from the sausage. In a 10 inch skillet cook sausage. Remove with slotted spoon. Meanwhile reserve 1/4 cup pie crust mix.

In a medium bowl add the remaining mix and 4-5 tablespoons cold water. Roll between 2 pieces of wax paper. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In medium bowl whisk eggs, milk and reserved pie crust mix. Stir in cheese and sausage. Pour into the pie shell and bake for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 325 degrees and bake 35 minutes more. Makes 8 pieces.
