TUNA RICE PIE 
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
1 can tuna
1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk

Make a shell with rice in pie pan. Layer tuna and then cheese over rice. Blend eggs, mayonnaise, and milk together and pour slowly over top. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 to 40 minutes until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let set for a few minutes before serving.
