LEMON CHESS BARS 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together egg, cake mix, and butter. Pat into well greased 9 x 12 inch cake pan.

TOPPING:

2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend together eggs, cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar. Pour over top of crust and bake at 350F at least 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and cut into squares.
