|MINTED GREEN PEAS|
3 lbs. fresh green peas
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 to 3 fresh mint leaves, chopped
Shell and wash peas. Place in a 2 quart saucepan. Add salted water and cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until peas are tender. Drain. Combine peas, butter and mint, toss lightly to coat well.
