1 regular bottle Heinz ketchup
4 tbsp. dried mustard
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups water
1 cup brown sugar
1 onion, diced
12 mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, diced
olive oil

Brown the pork chops until slightly golden brown in Bertolli olive oil sauté mushroom, onions, green peppers in frying pan. Prepare sauce in a large roasting pan.

Place one layer of pork chops on the bottom as closely together as possible.

Ladle prepared sauce over pork chops. Mix green pepper, mushrooms and onion over top of the sauce.

Bake at 450°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Serve over a bed or rice or noodles. Pork chops will melt in your mouth. It's a great way to cook pork chops - once you try it you'll love it!
