1 (8 inch) frozen pie crust
1 (9 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onions
Dash pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Invert frozen pie crust onto waxed paper. Let thaw until flat. Combine tuna, cheese, vegetables and seasoning. Stir in salad dressing. Spoon into casserole dish. Cover with pie crust. Bake until crust is lightly browned, about 35-40 minutes at 300 degrees.
