RHUBARB OR STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
4 c. rhubarb or strawberry cut in 1 inch pieces
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry or strawberry Jello
3/4 c. white sugar
1 (18 oz.) pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. cold water

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Arrange rhubarb or strawberry pieces in bottom. Sprinkle dry Jello over top. Then sprinkle with sugar and dry cake mix. Drizzle butter over top. Pour cold water over all this. Don't mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with a generous dollop of whipped topping. Enjoy!
