|CRANBERRY PINEAPPLE RELISH|
1 pound (4 cups) cranberries
1 cup canned pineapple
2 cups sugar
Put cranberries and pineapple through food processor. Quarter whole lemon, remove seeds, and put through food processor.
Blend all with sugar and chill in refrigerator for a few hours before serving. Or pack in sterilized jars and seal with paraffin wax.
