SHRIMP IN CHEESE SAUCE 
2 c. shrimp
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. season salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. grated cheese

Prepare cheese sauce, melt butter, blend flour and milk slowly and stir to prevent lumping. Add seasoning, cook and stir until thickened and smooth, add cheese, place over boiling water, cook until cheese is melted, stir occasionally and prepared shrimp heat through. Season well and serve on crisp toast.
