BUL GO GI 
1 lb. beef (boneless)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cooking oil
6 tbsp. soy sauce
Speck black pepper
2 green onions
Few chives
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. prepared sesame seeds
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 yellow onion

Cut beef into thin slices. Add sugar, oil, and black pepper; mix well. Combine soy sauce, chopped chives, green onion, sliced yellow onion, crushed garlic, prepared sesame seed and add to the meat with ginger, oregano, and thyme. Mix all ingredients. Let stand overnight. Broil on a charcoal fire or pan fry with medium heat or use broiler. Serve with cooked rice.
