SOUR CREAM BANANA BREAD 
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream mayonnaise, sugar, eggs, and bananas. Beat until well blended. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream to banana mixture. Stir in nuts. Put in 2 well greased 8 x 4 inch loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees until done.
