BAKED ARTICHOKE HEARTS 
1 can artichoke hearts
2 tbsp. olive oil
Bread crumbs

Cut drained artichokes in half. Place cut side up in lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with olive oil. Top with bread crumbs that have been moistened with olive oil. Bake 350 degrees 15 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
