SOUR CREAM COATED PECANS 
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
4 c. pecans
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Boil sugar and sour cream 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add pecans and vanilla. Mix until coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool and dry.
