CREAMED TURKEY WITH BISCUITS 
1 qt. broth or combination of broth & milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 c. diced turkey or chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. chopped pimiento
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1 recipe biscuits

Strain and heat broth. Melt butter in large saucepan; stir in flour. Add hot broth gradually; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add other ingredients; pour into flat casserole. Cover with biscuits, cut in small circles. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 450 degrees. Yield: 10 servings.
