CRUSHED PINEAPPLE PIE EASY 
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 graham cracker crusts

Combine and stir together the first 4 ingredients. Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts. Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated. If you use prepared crusts, it only takes 5 minutes to assemble. Makes 2 pies. For 9"x13" casserole or cake pan, double the recipe.
