SPINACH - SOUR CREAM CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
Butter, bread crumbs (optional)
1/2 pt. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook spinach; drain. Add sour cream and soup mix which have been blended together. Season to taste. Put in casserole dish, top with bread crumbs, dot with butter. Heat in moderate oven 20-30 minutes.
