CORNBREAD CROUTONS 
day old cornbread
butter
dried dillweed
salt
pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut day old cornbread into 1 to 1 1/2 inch chunks. Melt butter in microwave. Put cornbread in 8x11 baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Sprinkle generously with dill. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Toss with spatula.

Put in oven for 10 minutes. Toss again and put in oven for another 5 to 10 minutes depending on crunchiness desired. Great with soups or salads.
