BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
Spread in the bottom of a 9 x 12 sheet cake pan:

1 box seasoned croutons
1 1/2 lb. browned sausage (I like sage sausage)
1 (8 to 12 oz.) block Swiss cheese grated
6 to 8 eggs beaten with enough milk to make a scrambled egg mixture that will cover rest of the ingredients in the pan

Bake in oven at 350 degrees approximately 25 to 30 minutes, until the egg mixture is set. You can stick a knife in the center and comes out clean.

This recipe can be altered by using any other of your favorite ingredients such as mushrooms, green onions, green peppers, ham, cheddar cheese, bacon. You can assemble it the night before you want it, refrigerate it overnight, and bake it the following morning. Have fun with it and get creative!!
