PUMPKIN PIE (NO BAKE) 
2 c. cold milk
2 (4 serving) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 baked 9-inch pie shell

Combine milk, pudding, pumpkin, and spice. Beat at low speed 1 minute. Pour into baked shell. Chill until set, about 3 hours. Garnish with Cool Whip and pecans.
