CREAM CHEESE CROISSANTS 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese

Layer 1 package crescent rolls in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan, ungreased.

Cream together the cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 egg yolk (save egg white). Spread over the layer of crescent rolls and spread the other package of crescent rolls on top of this. Brush on BEATEN egg white, sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
