BAKED EGGS AND SAUSAGE 
1 lb. sausage, brown, crumble & drained
8 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. cheese or Velveeta, grated

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Refrigerate for 12 hours (overnight) then bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until brown.
